Welcome to Cash-up Solitaire ("Cash-up," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Skill Game app across North America. By creating an account, accepting our user terms and privacy policy, or using our services in any way, you form a binding agreement with Cash-up.

By accessing our app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should immediately discontinue using our services. Cash-up reserves the right to amend these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will take effect once published in the app, and continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the revisions, you may cease using the app.

Age and Location Restrictions

Our game is exclusively available to individuals aged 18 or older. To ensure compliance with local laws, we use GPS to verify your location. Cash tournaments are prohibited in certain jurisdictions, including Arizona, Louisiana, and South Carolina, as well as some countries. Participating in our games from these restricted locations is not permitted.

Independent Administration of Games

Please note that platforms such as Apple, Google, Facebook, TikTok, and others are not sponsors or administrators of our tournaments, sweepstakes, or prizes. All such activities and rewards are solely managed by Cash-up Solitaire.

Conduct Expectations

When using Cash-up Solitaire, you agree to abide by legal requirements and our community standards. Prohibited content and actions include:

• Violating laws or constitutional principles.
• Disseminating false information or causing unrest.
• Promoting discrimination, hatred, or divisive content.
• Engaging in harassment, threats, or violations of public decency.
• Sharing illegal, obscene, or harmful materials.
• Infringing on intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Conducting unauthorized advertising or promotional activities.

You are also prohibited from:

• Posting sexually explicit, offensive, or suggestive content.
• Bullying, intimidating, or threatening others.
• Spreading spam or scams.
• Interfering with the app’s functionality or other users’ experiences.
• Using the app’s content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. Cash-up reserves the right to investigate and take action as needed to maintain the integrity of our platform.

Account Responsibilities

To use our app, you must create an account ("Account"), which you are responsible for safeguarding. You must:

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Accept full responsibility for activities conducted through your account.

Cash-up may terminate or suspend your account at its sole discretion. If terminated, your account and associated data will be deleted, and further access will be restricted. You agree that any winnings or digital assets associated with your account cannot be transferred to another person or account.

Virtual Property Ownership

All digital items, avatars, and virtual currencies ("Virtual Property") within the app are the exclusive property of Cash-up Solitaire. While you may use Virtual Property through your account, you acknowledge that:

• It remains non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• Cash-up may modify or discontinue Virtual Property without prior notice.
• Rights to Virtual Property are fully assigned to Cash-up, including intellectual property rights.

The app may contain links to third-party websites or services ("External Platforms"). Cash-up does not endorse or control these External Platforms and is not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies. Use these links at your own risk.

Refund Policy

As a general policy, Cash-up does not issue refunds for payments made. In exceptional cases, users may contact customer support to discuss specific concerns, which will be evaluated individually.

Legal Compliance and Skill Game Legitimacy

Gaming laws vary across jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations. Cash tournaments are not available in locations where they are prohibited or legally ambiguous. By participating, you accept full responsibility for adhering to applicable laws.

Dispute Resolution

Enforcement of Fair Play

Cash-up actively monitors for cheating or abusive behavior to ensure fair competition. Violations, including account tampering or fraudulent activities, may result in severe consequences such as account termination, forfeiture of winnings, or legal action.
